Our products are proudly made in Canada using high-quality ingredients. -
Are XV. Cosmetics products cruelty-free?
Yes! All our products are cruelty-free because we believe beauty should never harm animals. -
Are your formulas vegan?
Most of our products are vegan-friendly, except for select items that may contain beeswax. Each product page will specify its vegan status. -
How long does shipping take?
Shipping within the United States typically takes 3 business days to the East Coast and 4 business days to the West Coast after processing. Orders are processed weekly and shipped on Fridays. -
Can I return or exchange a product?
We want you to love your XV. Cosmetics purchase! If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we’ll gladly replace it. Unfortunately, we don’t offer returns or exchanges on products damaged due to neglect or everyday use. For more details, see our Return & Refund Policy. -
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details to monitor your package. -
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States but hope to expand to international shipping soon. Stay tuned! -
