  1. Where are XV. Cosmetics products made?
    Our products are proudly made in Canada using high-quality ingredients.
  2. Are XV. Cosmetics products cruelty-free?
    Yes! All our products are cruelty-free because we believe beauty should never harm animals.
  3. Are your formulas vegan?
    Most of our products are vegan-friendly, except for select items that may contain beeswax. Each product page will specify its vegan status.
  4. How long does shipping take?
    Shipping within the United States typically takes 3 business days to the East Coast and 4 business days to the West Coast after processing. Orders are processed weekly and shipped on Fridays.
  5. Can I return or exchange a product?
    We want you to love your XV. Cosmetics purchase! If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we’ll gladly replace it. Unfortunately, we don’t offer returns or exchanges on products damaged due to neglect or everyday use. For more details, see our Return & Refund Policy.
  6. How can I track my order?
    Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details to monitor your package.
  7. Do you ship internationally?
    Currently, we only ship within the United States but hope to expand to international shipping soon. Stay tuned!
